In another case, ASC was hired by Fermented Sciences and Flying Embers to support their food safety team and transition their facility and team from alcohol-only production to non-alcoholic production, developing and implementing the GFSI protocols, strengthening process for alcoholic and non-alcoholic programs for the facility, and securing all program implementation to ensure successful and consistent operations.
