Schwazze has agreed to acquire the properties of Brow 2, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado.
FREMONT, CA: Schwazze has entered into an agreement to take over Brow 2, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. Indoor cultivation and equipment will be housed in a 37,000 square foot structure (27,000 square feet of canopy) as part of the anticipated purchase. This deal is part of Schwazze's ambitious development in Colorado, and it will significantly boost the business's cultivation resources, allowing the company to supply products directly to its seventeen Star Buds brand shops.
The projected transaction would cost $6.7 million and will be paid in cash at the closing. After the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division and local licence clearance, the deal is projected to finalize in the third quarter of 2021.
The Brow group will be welcomed into the Schwazze family with open arms. According to Justin Dye, CEO of Schwazze, the new facility will offer their increasing network of dispensaries and consumers a diverse choice of high-quality indoor flowers. This acquisition will give the platform access to a competent team of growers, high-quality indoor flower cultivation capacity, novel strain genetics, and another profitable asset.
