Fremont, CA: The pandemic, like everything else, disrupted social gatherings and left home cooks unsatisfied. But if any art form teaches individuals anything, it is the importance of perseverance. During the pandemic, home chefs wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to improve their skills by creating and sharing great dishes for people to enjoy at home. SideChef, the all-in-one cooking platform, has made itsshoppable recipes available in the Amazon Fresh recipes section, which can be accessed via the Amazon app and website.
Shoppable recipe technology is the future of how consumers will purchase groceries, noted Kevin Yu, CEO and Founder of SideChef. We are thrilled to be working with Amazon Fresh to make this technology accessible to even more consumers across the country.
Customers may access SideChef's library of over 11,000 recipes through Amazon Fresh, allowing them to select the right dish to fulfill any craving. Customers can search for recipes using keywords, choose from trending and seasonal products, or select from recommended recipes based on previous purchases. All recipe ingredients can be added to your cart for in-store pick-up or delivery with just one click, thanks to Amazon's shoppable technology.
Amazon Fresh is presently offering this unique experience through SideChef, one of two culinary content suppliers. Customers can find the recipes in the Amazon Fresh Recipes area on the Amazon app or website.
