No More Thermal Cycling Requirement:

The primers used not only cause the DNA strand to relocate but loop the end of it collectively before getting amplified. Reduction of Steps:

Technicians need to enrich their samples to grow microorganisms to detectable levels before any genetic amplification takes place.
